The Snowy Mountains resort town of Jindabyne is located about 45 minutes from Cooma at the edge of the Kosciuszko National Park.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, the town is a convenient base for visitors to the nearby major ski fields and the unspoilt lakes and rivers of the Snowy Mountains.

Accommodation options are plentiful and visitors are well serviced by the town's Nuggets Crossing shopping centre.
