The home is situated in a lakeside estate which includes a general store that offers a home delivery service. A courtesy bus is available for journeys to and from the surrounding clubs. The Rich River Golf Course is a short walk away while the Murray River is within a 10 minute stroll.

River Lakes House has 5 luxurious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are three living areas, two bathrooms, ducted heating and cooling. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven and gas hotplates.

All linen and towels provided.

Outside, there are entertaining areas with a BBQ. Remote controlled double lock up garage for guests use.

A swimming pool and tennis court is available for guests use, which is a short 2 minute walk away.
